Quote enquiries

The quote form collects your name, email, project type, language direction, preferred deadline, project description, any additional message and the files you choose to attach. This information is used to review your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate with you about your project.

How enquiries reach the studio

Enquiries and attachments are sent through Resend to Yutian Zhong’s Gmail inbox. These services process the information to deliver and store the email. The website does not save attachments to a database or file archive; the submitted files are passed through the server for email delivery.

Confidentiality and samples

Translation enquiries are treated as confidential. Public sample translations contain fictional, schematic information rather than client documents. Please send only the information needed to understand your enquiry.
